This address is monitored and is the fastest way to reach us regarding child safety matters.
In-App Reporting and Blocking
wo.mbat provides built-in tools so every user can help keep the community safe:
- Report posts and comments directly in the app. The report dialog includes a dedicated "Child Safety" category so child safety concerns can be flagged quickly and clearly.
- Block & Report — users can block a user and report them in a single action.
All reports are reviewed and actioned. Depending on the finding, action may include content removal, blocking of the offending account, and escalation to wasteof.money and, where appropriate, law enforcement.
How We Handle CSAM Reports
Reports involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child endangerment are treated with the highest urgency:
- Urgent review — CSAM reports are prioritized and reviewed immediately.
- Content removal — offending content is removed promptly.
- User blocking — accounts involved are blocked from the app permanently.
- Cooperation with law enforcement — we cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and report to relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, as required by applicable child safety laws.
Legal Compliance
wo.mbat complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including mandatory reporting obligations in relevant jurisdictions.
